How long does an office build-out take?
A typical office build-out takes 6-12 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the space. Simple tenant improvements can be completed in as few as 4 weeks, while full commercial fit-outs with specialized requirements may take longer. We provide a firm timeline during the estimate phase.
Do you handle tenant improvement allowances?
Yes. We work within tenant improvement (TI) allowance budgets regularly. We can provide detailed estimates that align with your TI allowance, help you negotiate with landlords by providing accurate construction costs, and ensure the scope fits within your budget without sacrificing quality.
Can you work around existing tenants?
Absolutely. We regularly perform construction in occupied buildings. We schedule noisy work during off-hours, contain dust and debris with proper barriers, maintain clean and safe access paths, and minimize disruption to neighboring tenants. Communication with building management is handled by us throughout the project.
What size projects do you handle?
